Position Summary:
Lead the development and execution of regional business strategies across assigned cities, focusing on revenue enhancement, market expansion, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead initiatives to increase market presence and introduce new products.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategies.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and government entities, as well as internally within the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, business standards, and local regulations.
  • Foster the growth and development of team members.

Accountability:

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and forecasts.
  • Formulate and execute localized business strategies that align with overall objectives.
  • Prepare and implement detailed business and key account plans to achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Oversee and evaluate existing business partnerships to ensure an effective distribution network.
  • Clearly communicate business objectives and ensure commitment to their achievement.
  • Recruit and develop new business partners to support organizational goals.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers to support the introduction of company products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with major customers to boost market share.
  • Oversee and execute product launch strategies to sustain growth momentum.
  • Actively participate in key meetings, educational events, trade shows, and training sessions to promote brand and product awareness.
  • Manage the product portfolio to maximize business potential in each market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
  • At least 8-12 years of successful experience in medical device sales
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, market development, and team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional business dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural factors.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving under pressure.
  • Professional and resilient demeanor with the ability to cultivate and sustain effective business relationships.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is highly preferred.
