Your Responsibilities

As the CEO, you will hold the pivotal responsibility for overseeing the overall performance and direction of the organization within the manufacturing sector. You will be accountable for Profit and Loss (P&L) management, ensuring that the company achieves its financial goals while maintaining operational efficiency and excellence. Your leadership will encompass strategizing and executing business plans to drive growth, enhance productivity, and foster innovation.

In addition to operational oversight, you will lead and coach a diverse team in developing world-class operations, instilling a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will also oversee commercial sales efforts, enhancing market penetration and customer relationships to boost revenue. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities, ensuring the organization stays competitive by innovating and adapting to market needs.

As a forward-thinking leader, you will manage change effectively, guiding the team through transitions and adapting the business model in response to market dynamics. Additionally, you will implement robust performance metrics to evaluate success, driving accountability and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including at least 6 years in plant operations or as a Manufacturing Manager. You will have experience leading large-scale operations, specifically managing a workforce of no less than 800 employees. A strong track record in P&L management and operational leadership within a complex manufacturing environment is essential.

A solid engineering educational background is required, and an MBA is considered a valuable asset. You are adept in change management and have successfully led organizations through transformational initiatives. A proven track record in commercial sales and business development will be essential, along with experience in fostering innovation within the organization. Your leadership style is inspiring, with a proven ability to coach and develop high-performance teams. You bring excellent strategic thinking capabilities, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
