About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading international restaurant group that is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its Hong Kong finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional seeking a broad commercial role within a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee monthly management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with group policies.

3. Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial analysis and business insights.

4. Manage cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls.

5. Lead and mentor finance team members while driving process improvements.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

2. Professional qualification such as CPA, HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.

3. 5+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, ideally within retail, F&B, or consumer businesses.

4. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
