Finance/ Senior Analyst

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing international financial services platform that is expanding its Hong Kong team. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst to join a collaborative and high-performing Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain broad exposure across accounting, reporting, analysis, budgeting and finance transformation initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support accounting operations including payments, reconciliations, month-end closing and financial reporting activities

2. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and business performance analysis

3. Prepare regulatory, statutory and management reports while ensuring data accuracy and integrity

4. Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and support decision-making

5. Participate in finance transformation and automation projects, helping improve processes and reporting capabilities

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

2. 1-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, finance analysis or related functions

3. Background from banking, financial services, asset management, insurance or Big 4 firms will be highly regarded

4. Strong Excel skills with exposure to Power BI, VBA, Python, Power Automate or other analytics tools being advantageous

5. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

6. Good command of written and spoken English
