Key Responsibilities

  Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timelines.

• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and product quality.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.

• Technical Expertise:
  Provide technical guidance and support to teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within engineering practices.

• Budget Management:
  Manage engineering budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet project and operational goals.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); a master’s degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

• Experience:
  10+ years of experience in engineering management, with a strong track record in project management and cross-functional collaboration in a global context.

• Technical Skills:
  Extensive knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry standards, with proficiency in engineering software and tools.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Leadership Skills:
