Head of retail

We’re looking for an international retail leader to drive the next phase of global store expansion for a fast-growing lifestyle/tech accessories brand. The business currently operates 60+ stores worldwide and has an aggressive roadmap toward 100+ stores across the US, Korea, China, Taiwan, Australia and beyond.

What you’ll own:
• Global retail operations & new market expansion
• End-to-end new store openings (site selection → layout → launch)
• Retail performance, SOPs, VM, and customer experience
• Multi-country retail team leadership
• P&L, forecasting and store productivity
• Innovation in retail tech, omnichannel & in-store experience

Who we’re looking for:
• International retail operator from luxury/lifestyle/fashion
• Strong experience opening and scaling multi-country store networks
• Exposure to US and Asia retail markets
• Commercial mindset with proven P&L ownership
• Agile leader comfortable in a fast-growth environment
