Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall recruitment strategy and execution for retail sales personnel to support the company's annual expansion plan of new stores.
- Serve as an advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven talent insights to support business decisions.
- Drive the performance management process to ensure the Prestige sales team is focused on improving sales performance and drive sales improvements through effective incentives and recognition mechanisms. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive and efficient operational support for CM/BA recruitment, including interview scheduling, to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Expertly handle daily HR tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and employee relations, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience.
- Ensure that all HR practices and processes are 100% compliant with Japan's strict labor laws. Review and optimize HR policies and processes to enhance the efficiency and professionalism of the entire HR function.
- Provide professional and reliable administrative support to the General Manager (GM), including schedule management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- 10+ years of HR experience.
- Experience in beauty, consumer goods, or retail industries is preferred.
- Proficient in Japanese human resources laws and social security regulations, with a strong sense of compliance and risk management.
- Proficient in common office software and HR information systems, with strong data analysis, report creation, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills to build cross-cultural relationships. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with international HR collaboration.
- Fluent in Japanese and English
