Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with CPO and senior business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and business growth.

  • Provide strategic advisory on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management initiatives.

  • Drive annual talent review, succession planning, and leadership development programs across the group.

  • Lead performance management processes and support the development of a high-performance culture.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design talent development solutions.

  • Analyze people metrics and workforce trends to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Rewards teams on strategic hiring, retention, and compensation matters.

  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and employee relations activities comply with local employment regulations and group governance standards.

  • Participate in regional and global HR projects, transformation initiatives, and process improvement programs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.

  • Progressive HR experience, including substantial HR business partnering exposure within hospitality, retail, consumer, lifestyle, or service-driven industries.

  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex organizational change initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • Commercially focused with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Fluent English communication skills; additional Asian language capabilities would be advantageous.
