IT Project Manager (SAP Module)

Our client is a global technology organization with operations across multiple regions. The company is advancing its SAP S/4HANA transformation and SAP BTP architecture to support long-term digitalization and integration initiatives.

Travel: Occasional international travel

Role Overview

This role serves as a regional SAP and integration lead within the IT organization, working independently while collaborating with global stakeholders. The position supports SAP S/4HANA programs, SAP BTP architecture development, and enterprise integration strategy.

Responsibilities

SAP & Integration Architecture

• Own and evolve SAP BTP architecture aligned with global SAP landscape

• Optimize SAP systems, integrations, and components across cloud platforms

• Evaluate and introduce new SAP and integration technologies

• Lead middleware and interface integration initiatives

SAP Programs & Operations

• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout initiatives

• Drive SAP process and template standardization

• Provide expert support on complex SAP module and integration topics

• Oversee SAP master data and data integration (ETL) processes

Business & Project Engagement

• Advise stakeholders on solution design and process implementation

• Lead requirements analysis, change, and release management for SAP/BTP solutions

• Participate in global transformation programs in roles such as integration or sub-project lead

• Support concept development and training enablement

Requirements

• 8–12+ years SAP experience with strong SAP module expertise (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.)

• Experience in technology or high-tech industry is required

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP / integration architecture

• Ability to work independently in a regional role

• Experience working with global stakeholders

• Fluent English communication

• Willingness for international travel

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience

• SAP BTP / Integration Suite exposure

• SAP Finance process knowledge

• Global rollout or template experience
