Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lean Manager to join a leading organization in the manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean management and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Lean Implementation:
Develop and implement lean strategies and tools across the organization to improve operational processes and drive efficiency. -
Process Improvement:
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments, including production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on lean initiatives and best practices. -
Training and Development:
Train and mentor employees on lean principles and practices, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization. -
Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of lean initiatives, providing regular reports to management on progress and outcomes. -
Change Management:
Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of lean practices, addressing any resistance and promoting a positive organizational culture. -
Project Management:
Manage and oversee lean projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. -
Experience:
5+ years of experience in lean management, process improvement, or a related field, preferably within the manufacturing industry. -
Lean Certification:
Certification in Lean Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Black Belt) is highly desirable. -
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and develop actionable insights. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. -
Leadership Skills:
Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving cultural change.
