Responsibilities:
- Analyze market, competitor, brand, and garment group technical needs to identify growth opportunities in Water-Based, Discharge, Migration Blocker, and Special Effects applications.
- Manage product positioning, prioritization, lifecycle, and new product requirements; translate customer problems into clear product development projects.
- Organize customer trials, technical promotion, value proposition development, training, and regional launch plans; drive projects from sample stage to mass production.
- Partner with sales and technical teams to develop key brands, garment groups, and printing factories; replicate successful solutions across other factories or countries.
- Connect sales, technical, R&D, Operations, compliance, and regional teams to ensure product development aligns with market needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, market development, technical marketing, application development, or regional business development.
- Bachelor degree in textile or related major
- Background in textile printing, garment decoration, textile chemicals, polymers, PUD Binder, Crosslinker, Pigment, Adhesive, or related supply chain.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate technical advantages into customer value, business opportunities, and product roadmaps.
- Direct experience serving large garment groups, brand supply chains, or scaled textile printing customers.
- Hands-on involvement in trials, product introduction, technical communication, and commercialization, not only channel maintenance.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and convert them into product improvements or new product projects.
- Experience in product positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, launch planning, or product portfolio management.
- Ability to explain the role of products in textile printing formulations or processes, such as Binder, Crosslinker, Pigment, Adhesive, or Functional Additives.
- APAC cross-border working capability; English sufficient for internal communication and customer interaction.
- Willingness and ability to travel and support regional customers in China, Vietnam, and Thailand.
