Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the reservations team, ensuring high levels of performance, efficiency, and team morale. -
Reservation Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, managing booking systems and ensuring accurate and timely processing of reservations. -
Customer Service Excellence:
Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and handling special requests effectively. -
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in reservation processes and systems, implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce errors. -
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and analyze reports on reservation trends, occupancy rates, and booking patterns to inform management decisions and strategy. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with front office, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on promotions, rates, and inventory management. -
Training and Development:
Train and mentor team members, facilitating their professional growth and enhancing their skills in reservation management and customer service.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in hospitality management are a plus. -
Experience:
5+ years of experience in reservations management or a related role within the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position. -
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reservation systems and software, with strong computer skills and the ability to analyze data effectively. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and team members. -
Customer-Centric Mindset:
Strong focus on customer service, with the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
