Job Title: RWA Representative
Location: Hong Kong
Overview
We are recruiting a detail-oriented and client-focused RWA Representative to support a financial services team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day client servicing and operational support related to RWA products and initiatives, ensuring accurate handling of documentation, timely updates, and strong adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Service Delivery:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders; respond to inquiries professionally and maintain a high standard of service. -
Operational Coordination:
Support end-to-end processing of client-related requests, including documentation handling, status tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution. -
Documentation & Record Management:
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records and supporting documents in line with internal policies and audit requirements. -
Compliance & Controls Support:
Perform or support routine compliance-related checks within your scope (e.g., data completeness, documentation accuracy), and escalate issues promptly to the relevant team. -
KYC / AML Assistance (if applicable):
Support collection and validation of client information according to established procedures, and ensure records are maintained appropriately. -
Process & Case Management:
Maintain case logs, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal functions to ensure timely resolution of client matters. -
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently and correctly. -
Reporting & Administration:
Prepare reports and updates as required; support management with operational dashboards and administrative tasks. -
Quality & Accuracy:
Ensure all activities are performed with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and adherence to internal governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in financial services, client servicing, onboarding, or operations (experience in wealth management, investment services, or fintech is a plus).
- Regulatory Mindset: Demonstrated understanding of the importance of compliance, controls, and professional conduct in a regulated environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Operational Skills: Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and comfortable working with internal systems.
- Licenses/Registrations: Relevant licenses/registrations may be required depending on role duties and will be confirmed during screening/interview. Candidates should be prepared to comply with any required regulatory requirements for the position.
