Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform sales strategies.

  • Sales Reporting:
    Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive decision-making.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.

  • Training and Development:
    Identify training needs and provide ongoing support and development opportunities for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience:
    5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Leadership Skills:
    Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Customer Focus:
    A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
