Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
  Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

• Performance Monitoring:
  Monitor project performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Budget Management:
  Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with organizational goals and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

• Experience:
  8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Leadership Skills:
  Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in developing high-performing project teams.

• Analytical Skills:
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Communication Skills:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Technical Proficiency:
  Proficient in project management software and tools, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
