AIFM Operations Analyst M/F

As part of its growth, our client, an international asset management firm, is looking for a junior profile to join a transversal team at the core of fund operations.

The role offers hands-on exposure to fund and investment operations, close mentoring, and clear medium-term development opportunities within a structured and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to senior members of the team, you will be involved in a wide range of activities combining operations, coordination, analysis and management support, including:

• Preparation of internal reports, presentations and management documentation.
• Support in the implementation and improvement of portfolio management procedures.
• Day-to-day fund operations support, including coordination with external service providers.
• Monitoring of investment structures, cash flows, fund flows and capital allocations.
• Close collaboration with Finance, Compliance and group teams to analyse data and support decision-making.
• Maintenance of internal databases, regulatory and operational documentation.
• Coordination of cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

 
Candidate Profile:

• University degree in finance, economics, management, business or a related field.
• First professional experience or internships in finance, investment funds, audit, consulting or a similar environment.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Strong analytical skills, solid numerical aptitude and a genuine interest in financial and operational topics.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Curious mindset, strong initiative and a clear willingness to learn.
• Ability to step back, challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
• Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment.
