Commercial Director Invest Flanders F/M

Our client is a well-established and respected player in the financial services sector, currently pursuing an ambitious growth strategy focused on customer proximity, operational excellence, and commercial performance.

To support the continued development of its distribution network, our client is seeking a Commercial Director Flanders F/M to lead and optimize a multi-site commercial organization. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic vision, people management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy across the network in line with the company's objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional and/or branch managers to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor business results through relevant KPIs and implement action plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Foster a strong performance culture while promoting an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive organizational transformation initiatives and support change management across the network.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Collaborate closely with support functions including Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Finance.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to the development of new business initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing a multi-site commercial network.
• Strong track record within banking, insurance, financial services, or another customer-centric distribution environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale commercial teams and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Experience driving organizational change and performance improvement initiatives.
