Ecommerce Marketing Manager 📍 Mexico City

📝 What will your key responsibilities be?
1. Asset Localization & Translation
Receive raw product images, copy, videos, etc. from HQ. Perform Spanish localization and cultural adaptation to ensure content aligns with Mexican market practices and platform guidelines.
2. In-Platform Marketing Operations
Execute in-platform marketing activities across Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, etc., including campaign page launches, promotion tag setup, and placement submissions to drive exposure and conversion.
3. Banner & Visual Asset Design
Independently design and upload banners, pop-ups, promotion tags, landing pages for campaigns and new product launches. Ensure proper display on both mobile and web across platforms.
4. Official Store Management
Maintain and optimize Official Stores on all platforms (homepage decoration, brand story, category navigation, campaign pages) to improve conversion and brand presence.
5. Listing & A+ Optimization
Optimize product listings (copy, image order, keywords) to improve search ranking.
Design and upload A+ Content / EBC using rich media to enhance product messaging.
6. Official Website Design & Management
Manage brand website / TPMX official site design, layout optimization, and content updates aligned with platform campaigns.
7. AI Design Tools Application
Actively use AI design tools to quickly generate creative assets, enhance backgrounds, resize banners, and improve design efficiency.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with operations, advertising, and product teams to rapidly produce platform-specific visual assets based on HQ materials and local needs.
⚠️ Remember:
1. Experience
Minimum 2 years in e-commerce design, e-commerce marketing, or in-platform operations; cross-border e-commerce (Amazon/MELI/TikTok) experience preferred.
Proven experience in Official Store decoration, A+ design, or banner design is a strong plus.
2. Language
Fluent English as a working language (for HQ communication and reading platform guidelines).
Spanish literacy (reading and writing) to accurately localize HQ English assets into Spanish for the Mexican market.
3. Design Skills
Proficient in traditional tools like Photoshop, Illustrator.
Strong preference for candidates who can use at least one AI design tool (Midjourney / DALL·E / Adobe Firefly / Canva AI, etc.) to assist in design.
4. Platform Familiarity
Familiar with image upload specs, A+ backend, store decoration tools, and banner size requirements on Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc.
Understanding of mobile vs. web visual adaptation principles.
