As an Associate in the Fund Finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Fund Controller Manager & Director and contributing to the financial operations of one of the most dynamic real estate platforms in Europe.
Your Responsibilities:
As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversight and coordination of quarterly NAV consolidation
- Providing data and support for IFRS & INREV reporting to the consolidation agent
- Support in transaction processes and intercompany reconciliations
- Managing relationships with internal teams, external partners, and service providers
- Oversight of loan administration, payment processes, and cash management
- Maintenance and tracking of alphabet shares and other equity structures
- Understanding tax structuring and ensuring ongoing compliance
- Monitoring legal documentation of new investments for depositary oversight
- Oversight and management of local SPVs across multiple jurisdictions
- Support with technical accounting matters
- Ensure compliance with investor side letter obligations and reporting
- Review of regulatory filings (CIT, VAT, annual accounts, etc.)
- Act as key point of contact during group consolidation audits
- Production of the quarterly investor reports
- Contribution to ad hoc projects as required
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2 years’ experience in fund accounting or audit, ideally with real estate fund structures
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and INREV reporting standards
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
- Working towards or holding a professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CA or equivalent)
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
