Market Intelligence & Offer Manager F/M

A leading international media and entertainment group is seeking a Market Intelligence & Offer Manager to join its regional headquarters in Luxembourg.

This strategic role sits at the intersection of market intelligence, commercial strategy, pricing, customer value management, and offer development, supporting multiple European markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping customer propositions, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the competitiveness of subscription-based offers across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, competitive developments, customer behaviours and content consumption patterns.
• Deliver actionable market intelligence and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for differentiation in pricing, packaging, promotions and value propositions.
• Design and optimise commercial offers supporting acquisition, upselling, retention and customer lifecycle management.
• Analyse offer performance through key commercial metrics including conversion, ARPU, churn and customer engagement.
• Lead testing and optimisation initiatives, including A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Product and Operations teams to ensure commercial viability and operational feasibility.
• Act as a central point of expertise for offer strategy, governance and implementation across multiple markets.

Profile

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Strategy or a related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in market intelligence, pricing, commercial strategy, offer management, customer value management or subscription-based businesses.
• Strong background in competitive analysis, market benchmarking and performance optimisation.
• Experience within subscription-driven sectors such as media, telecommunications, streaming platforms, digital services or comparable industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data and market insights into commercial recommendations.
• Comfortable operating in an international and multi-market environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.
