The Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day administration, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation for various Luxembourg SPVs and funds.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including NAV calculations as necessary.
- Engage with clients, client advisors, investors, auditors (handling audit queries), and third parties.
- Coordinate investor services, including onboarding and transactions.
- Interpret and incorporate transactional legal documents into financial records.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing board and shareholders’ meetings.
- Prepare VAT and tax returns.
- Compile periodic CSSF/BCL reports and other fund-related documentation.
- Support in preparing consolidated accounts when required. • Undertake assigned projects and initiatives from direct Manager.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Mentor and review the work of colleagues.
- Serve as a role model for new team members, offering training and guidance.
The profile :
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Economics, or a related field (Professional certifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA would be advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years of pertinent experience in domiciliation and alternative investment fund administration or within audit firms.
- Proficient in LUXGAAP accounting principles
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated responsiveness and client-centric approach with exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
