Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join a prominent organization in the agriculture and food industry. This role is critical for driving recruitment initiatives, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring the acquisition of top talent across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy Development:
Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates aligned with organizational goals. -
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in recruitment practices. -
Candidate Sourcing:
Develop proactive sourcing strategies, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates. -
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and develop comprehensive job descriptions. -
Applicant Experience:
Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring effective communication and feedback at each stage. -
Employer Branding:
Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to promote the organization's brand and values, enhancing its reputation as an employer of choice. -
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred. -
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in the agriculture or food industry. -
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, as well as experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with a proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. -
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
