Working within the Charter & Sales team, your main responsibility is to ensure that private charter flights are managed end-to-end—from the initial enquiry, quotation, and aircraft booking, through to the completion of the charter.

You will also focus on building relationships, maintaining strong service standards, and supporting growth within your assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage private charter flights from initial enquiry through quotation, booking of aircraft, and charter completion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key travel bookers over your assigned client portfolio
  • Build and maintain relationships with aircraft operators
  • Assist in growing the operator database and ensure operator and fleet data is accurate and up to date
  • Manage charter requests from clients in a timely manner
  • Manage and communicate all booking changes as required
  • Create flight briefs and post-flight reports
  • Ensure all flight bookings adhere to legal, compliance, and internal guidelines
  • Manage client and supplier invoicing requirements
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting requested by clients
  • Domestic travel may be required from time to time to visit clients and operators
  • Assist brokers with ad-hoc tasks from time to time
  • Work flexible hours; occasional work outside standard business hours may be required

THE TRAINING

We want to ensure you become the best salesperson possible—so we have created a detailed 14-month training programme for all employees before you go live and actively sell:

  • 4–6 months in flight services training
  • 6 months broker training
  • Classroom training at our London HQ

Commission guarantee bonus from month 4.


THE PERSON

  • Native Japanese speakers with experience in the Japanese market are highly preferable
  • Background in travel industry (MICE experience will be an advantage)
  • Excellent communication: strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients, operators, and stakeholders
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
    • One other Asia Pacific language is desirable
  • Customer service: strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
  • Organization: ability to coordinate private travel logistics, schedules, and details with attention to accuracy
  • Knowledge of aviation: some familiarity with aviation regulations, terminology, and procedures can be beneficial
  • Problem-solving: ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues promptly
  • Working under pressure: ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage tasks effectively with urgency
  • Computer skills: proficiency in using software for charter bookings, communication, and data management
