Key Responsibilities
Compliance
- Drive regulatory watch, compliance advisory, and interpretation of Luxembourg regulations (AIFMD, CSSF 18/698, SFDR, PRIIPs, Outsourcing, DORA).
- Lead the Compliance Monitoring Plan: testing, documentation, findings analysis & reporting.
- Perform thematic compliance reviews across AIFM and fund structures.
- Oversee delegated service providers and maintain strong operational oversight.
- Produce high‑quality compliance KPIs and management reporting.
- Enhance and implement AML/CTF frameworks aligned with Luxembourg requirements.
- Conduct complex KYC due diligence on investors, funds, and transactions.
- Manage periodic AML reviews, risk escalations, and case resolution.
- Collaborate with international AML/Compliance teams (EU/UK/US).
- Deliver AML/KYC training across the organisation.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Master's degree required; CAMS certification is a strong advantage.
- 5–10 years’ experience in Compliance / AML / CTF from:
- Big Four (audit, advisory, AML/KYC services),
- Internal Audit,
- AIFM / Management Company,
- Compliance or AML Service Provider.
- Strong command of Luxembourg regulations (AIFMD, AML Law, CSSF Circulars, ESG/SFDR, PRIIPs).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Dynamic, structured, and solution‑oriented personality.
- Fluent in English (French is an asset).
