About the Role
We are seeking a Staff EMC Engineer with strong expertise in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) to join a dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of high-performance electronic systems and server platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering competitive board- and system-level designs that meet stringent EMC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure products meet required EMC standards from PCB design through subassembly and system integration.

• Define EMC design methodologies and layout guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer specifications.

• Develop and execute EMC validation and testing programs for electronic systems and platforms.

• Review mechanical housing designs and system structures to ensure EMC compliance.

• Analyze EMC test results to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Provide regular project updates, including progress status, technical risks, and proposed mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.

• Proven experience in designing electronic products to meet EMC standards.

• Strong knowledge of EMC theory, signal integrity, and power quality.

• Hands-on experience with EMC testing equipment such as spectrum analyzers, EMI receivers, signal generators, RF power meters, RF amplifiers, and antennas.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex EMC issues in laboratory environments.

• Familiarity with IC-level EMC specifications and compliance methodologies.
