The job holder will be responsible for driving clinical sales and market share for a world-class portfolio of non-invasive patient monitoring solutions in Taiwan. You will act as a clinical authority and strategic partner to medical institutions, focusing on high-acuity environments including Anesthesia, OR, NICU, and the ICU network.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for an assigned territory, from initial clinical evaluation to closure, installation, and long-term customer success.
- Serve as a highly regarded technical resource for clinicians, providing trustworthy information on the clinical impact of advanced monitoring solutions.
- Partner with clinical and technical specialists to develop and implement account-specific strategies, ensuring the necessary resources are deployed for successful "whole-house" conversions.
- Lead and support local channel partners by providing key clinical education and strategic guidance to drive growth in key accounts.
- Coordinate clinical trainings, lectures, and regional symposia with key opinion leaders (KOLs). Participate in trade shows and competitive analysis to maintain market leadership.
- Compile detailed sales plans and reports for senior management; provide critical market feedback regarding trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive activity.
- Engage in clinical education efforts for Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) and Ministry-level healthcare initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Nursing background preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of proven sales success within the Medical Device or Life Sciences industries.
- Demonstrated experience in proposal-based sales to university hospitals, medical centers, and private clinics.
- Proficient in managing sales activities through local distributors while maintaining direct relationships with end-users.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate a complex value proposition and vision to C-suite and clinical stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English and local language (Traditional Chinese) for regional reporting and collaboration.
