#My client is a famous global freight forwarder. Now they are sourcing a young potential candidate who can do both KAM and BD as well.
#This role can both do e-commerce clients and also normal forwarding business.
#This candidate must be familiar with Airfreight.

Responsibilities:
- Source and develop new Key Accounts in the eCommerce logistics based on eCommerce products.
- Build and maintain good relationships within designated Key Accounts （local and multinational） and partners.
- Understand customer expectations, deep dive into their business model, and develop customized solutions to expand business through cross‑selling;
- Provide customer-oriented service at all times regarding sales-related and customer-expectation issues.
- Plan and coordinate activities and programs to retain and develop sustainable sales revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- More than 5 years of experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of international air freight export operations.
- Experience in the cross-border e-commerce sector is preferred.
- Passion for sales with proven success in key account management and the ability to independently drive sales and develop new customer resources.
- Experience in international freight forwarding companies.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing and developing large key accounts.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other office software.
