📝 What will your key responsibilities be?

Regulatory compliance: Understand COFEPRIS rules; compliant approvals for packaging, labeling, and marketing materials; ethics in promotions.

Market and customer insights: Segment physicians, pharmacists, patients; translate insights into messaging and channels; monitor health trends.

Positioning and communications: Develop brand positioning and naming for Mexico; multi-channel plans (KOLs, medical affairs, digital, field force).

Lifecycle and product development: Plan renovations, improved presentations, pricing, discounts, access; revitalization strategies.

Analytics and metrics: Define KPIs (penetration, SOV, growth, adoption); measure ROI; use CRM and forecasting tools.

Financial management: Budgeting and prioritization; maximize impact with limited resources.

Stakeholders and cross-functional: Collaborate with medical, regulatory, supply chain, commercial, digital; manage KOLs.

Innovation and technology: Evaluate digital health tools, patient journeys, marketing automation and analytics.

💰 5+ years experience focused on demand generation, prescription in private market, in companies with generic products of different therapeutic lines.

🎓 Knowledge putting together brand plans, brand growth development, product launch, managing several brands at the same time, with skills to interact with sales.
📚 Fluent in English
