Role Overview
We are looking for a senior product leader responsible for defining, operating, and evolving a portfolio of digital products within a large‑scale e‑commerce ecosystem. This role ensures that every product delivers tangible business impact, customer value, and sustainable profitability.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role. It requires a leader who can solve complex, high‑stakes problems, influence across the organization, and drive a true product mindset at scale. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, analytical depth, and the ability to orchestrate cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Co‑create the product strategy with business leaders and align it to corporate priorities.
- Own the end‑to‑end product portfolio, ensuring each product achieves Product‑Market Fit and delivers measurable value.
- Oversee P&L performance, profitability, and long‑term sustainability of the portfolio.
- Lead the prioritization committee, using impact‑driven criteria to allocate resources and define the roadmap.
- Drive the full product lifecycle: Discovery → Delivery → Launch → Optimization → Evolution.
- Partner with business owners, tech leads, design, operations, finance, legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify cross‑platform synergies, eliminate duplications, and unlock efficiencies across the ecosystem.
- Ensure agile ways of working within squads, facilitating ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop product teams, fostering ownership, autonomy, and strategic thinking.
- Influence up, down, and across the organization, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and operations.
- Promote a strong product culture grounded in experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making, and customer‑centricity.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
- Consolidate customer feedback and behavioral insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations while supporting operational and financial goals.
Core Profile
- 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5–8 years in digital product innovation, design, or development.
- Proven experience leading product teams and acting as a bridge between business and technology.
- Strong analytical capability: able to understand what is happening, why, and the business implications.
- Ability to manage P&L, evaluate trade‑offs, and make impact‑driven decisions.
- Executive‑level communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of: Product Discovery - Product Delivery - Product Optimization - Product Development
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage up, down, and across.
- Growth mindset and intellectual humility.
- Deep product thinking (not just delivery).
- Ability to speak the language of technology without needing to be deeply technical.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving complex, multi‑layered problems.
- Work in complex platforms, omnichannel ecosystems, fintech, banking, marketplaces, or enterprise‑level e‑commerce.
- Experience solving high‑complexity problems rather than simply managing large teams.
