Position Objective:

Ensure the efficient management of treasury, liquidity, and working capital, aligning the financial strategy with the logistics operation, safeguarding business sustainability, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Treasury & Liquidity Management

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financing needs.
• Maintain relationships with banks, credit lines, and financing structures.
• Oversee payments, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP).

2. Financial Planning & Control

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts.
• Ensure efficient control of operating expenses (OPEX).
• Build financial projections and business scenarios.

3. Investments & CAPEX

• Evaluate and control investments in infrastructure, fleet, technology, and expansion.
• Participate in the valuation of strategic projects.

4. Financial Analysis & Profitability

• Analyze profitability by client, contract, and logistics operations.
• Provide key financial reports to senior management.

5. Internal Control & Compliance

• Implement and strengthen financial policies and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

6. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead treasury, AR, and AP teams.
• Coordinate closely with operational areas (transportation, warehouses, logistics).

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or Finance) is a plus.

Experience:

• +5 years in similar roles (Treasury / Finance).
• Strong experience in cash flow management, working capital, and banking.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, 3PL, or food industry is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading teams (Treasury / AR / AP).

Technical Skills:

• Treasury management, financial planning, and controlling.
• Project evaluation (CAPEX).
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or similar).
• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
