Commercial Director

Morgan Philips has been mandated to partner with a leading and well-established food brand to appoint a dynamic Commercial Director.
This is a critical leadership role with full ownership of the commercial strategy across both domestic and international markets. You will oversee the end-to-end sales function, leading domestic channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, and HORECA) alongside the export business.

With a sizeable team under your leadership, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, strengthening market position, and unlocking new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning and driving the overall Sales P&L
• Developing and executing strategies to grow market share
• Leading and aligning multi-channel domestic sales teams
• Accelerating international expansion while strengthening existing markets
• Identifying and penetrating new markets to drive sustainable growth
• Building strong commercial capabilities and high-performing teams 

• Extensive experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles within FMCG or the food industry
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and leading large, complex teams
• Strong exposure to both domestic sales channels and export markets
• Experience in expanding into new markets and building international business
• A strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Demonstrated success in improving market share and commercial performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
