Morgan Philips Group has partnered with a leading global biopharmaceutical organization dedicated to driving commercial innovation and optimizing patient reach through data-driven excellence. We are seeking a high-caliber Commercial Excellence Manager to serve as the strategic engine for the local affiliate’s commercial operations. You will be responsible for enhancing Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), refining go-to-market strategies, and leveraging sophisticated analytics to ensure the organization remains a frontrunner in a highly competitive pharmaceutical landscape.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Architect Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive commercial excellence frameworks that align with business growth objectives, establishing critical KPIs and performance benchmarks for cross-functional teams.

  • Operational Excellence & SFE: Lead the design and implementation of sales force effectiveness programs, including territory design, capacity planning, and resource allocation, while utilizing systems like Veeva to bridge performance gaps.

  • Customer Engagement & Segmentation: Orchestrate advanced profiling, segmentation, and targeting initiatives to ensure optimal resource deployment and support the evolution of multi-channel HCP engagement strategies.

  • Data Analytics & Insights: Build and manage sophisticated dashboards to translate complex market data and internal sales trends into actionable insights, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.

  • Training Capability: Design and deliver commercial capability programs, focusing on upskilling the sales and marketing teams in digital competencies and modern sales management.

  • Incentive Design & Governance: Own the end-to-end design and management of sales incentive schemes, ensuring payouts are aligned with regional standards and the local leadership team's strategic vision.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Commercial Excellence, SFE, or Sales Operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Salesforce/CRM platforms, BI tools, and advanced Excel; specific expertise in analyzing market data is highly preferred.

  • Business Acumen: A strategic and analytical mindset with the proven ability to transform raw data into high-level business intelligence that drives decision-making.

  • Soft Skills: High adaptability and creativity in leveraging data for evolving needs, coupled with the communication skills required to influence cross-functional stakeholders and regional offices.
