ERP M3 Specialist

Overview
We are partnering with a well-established organization undergoing significant digital transformation across its enterprise systems. This role will play a key part in driving ERP optimization, system integration, and process automation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

You will act as a bridge between business and IT, enabling seamless, scalable, and data-driven operations through effective use of ERP platforms and supporting technologies.

ERP Management & Optimization

• Configure, enhance, and optimize ERP systems to support business operations
• Drive adoption of system functionalities and promote best practices
• Manage system enhancements, change requests, and testing cycles

System Integration

• Design and implement integrations between ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g. MES, WMS, CRM, PLM)
• Support data exchange using APIs and middleware technologies

Process Automation & Workflow

• Develop and implement automated workflows and approval processes
• Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Cloud & Platform Enablement

• Support cloud-based ERP strategies, ensuring system performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on system reliability and continuity

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Provide training, documentation, and user support to drive system adoption

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure effective ERP utilization and continuous improvement
• Support digitalization across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes
• Drive system integration and automation initiatives
• Maintain alignment with cloud, security, and performance standards
• Act as a key liaison between technical and business stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in ERP environments
• Proven experience in ERP implementation (end-to-end cycles preferred)
• Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments is highly advantageous

Technical Skills

• Experience with ERP systems, system integration, and automation tools
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL, BI tools, or workflow platforms
• Exposure to cloud-based environments and enterprise systems

Functional & Business Skills

• Understanding of end-to-end business processes (manufacturing, supply chain, finance)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
