ERP Navision Consultant

About the Role:
A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Analyst to play a key role in supporting and enhancing its ERP landscape, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This position will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business units and regions, driving continuous improvements in business applications and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and propose ERP solutions, including system configuration, customization, and process improvements

• Support and optimize Microsoft Dynamics NAV to improve business process efficiency and user adoption

• Collaborate with developers on system enhancements, ensuring proper testing, deployment, and user training

• Provide application support to local operations while working closely with regional/global teams

• Manage and resolve system issues via helpdesk/ticketing systems, ensuring effective communication and resolution

• Coordinate with internal IT teams on infrastructure and security compliance matters

• Support IT audit processes (e.g., user access reviews, system changes)

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions across systems

• Design and implement reporting/analytics solutions to support business operations

• Maintain system and process documentation

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

• ~10 years of relevant experience in ERP/application support

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (implementations, upgrades, support)

• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, regions, or business units

• Exposure to manufacturing environments is preferred

• Broad IT knowledge (infrastructure, networking, security, desktop support)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working across different time zones

• SAP exposure is an added advantage
