Morgan Philips is partnered with a leading commercial bank in hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition directly overseeing a team of <10 TA Partners. The role entails:
- Strategic Architecture & Advisory: Transform organizational human capital requirements into high-impact resourcing frameworks. Serve as a principal consultant to senior leadership on talent market volatility, risk mitigation, and selection integrity.
- Operational Governance: Implement and oversee a rigorous recruitment ecosystem, focusing on pipeline health, lead-time optimization, and the systematic resolution of workflow constraints.
- Full-Lifecycle Orchestration: Manage the total talent acquisition journey, from defining multi-channel sourcing architectures to sophisticated offer negotiations and post-hire feedback integration.
- AI & Digital Transformation: Pioneer the integration of automated intelligence within the recruitment stack. Design and pilot AI use cases for resume-to-role calibration and interview enhancement, tracking specific ROI metrics such as process velocity and candidate sentiment.
- Data-Driven Intelligence: Establish a sophisticated analytics suite that examines channel yield, stage-gate attrition, and market-aligned compensation trends to inform long-term commercial decisions.
- Leadership & Functional Maturity: Direct and mentor a high-performing recruitment function, shifting the team’s focus from reactive hiring to a predictive, consultative "Talent-as-a-Service" model.
