- Fostering strong connections with the customer service organization to drive profitable business growth.
- Integrating processes, organizational capability, and culture to achieve results aligned with site, regional, and global manufacturing objectives.
- Ensuring the accuracy and transparency of financial and performance data to support informed decision-making.
- Building cohesive leadership, functional, and operational teams that are well integrated with regional and corporate resources.
- Embodying and promoting the company’s core values, while focusing on succession planning and the development of your team members.
Your Profile
Our client is seeking a highly skilled manager with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience, particularly within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree, with a Master's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven P&L experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role, particularly within high technology manufacturing environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Strong financial and business acumen relevant to manufacturing operations.
- A track record of successfully leading and developing diverse teams of professionals.
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
