Morgan Philips Group has partnered with a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to take ownership of strategic brand planning and market share growth within the Primary Care market. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and manage the full product lifecycle. You will focus on leveraging data-driven insights and fostering professional stakeholder engagement to achieve robust commercial performance.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Brand Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand growth and achieve key business objectives across the cardiovascular portfolio.
- Lifecycle Leadership: Lead all phases of product lifecycle management, including pre-launch planning, official launches, and post-launch optimization strategies.
- Omnichannel Campaign Execution: Oversee promotional campaigns and drive omnichannel initiatives, including digital engagement, medical events, and targeted HCP communications.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the seamless and aligned execution of regional brand strategies.
- KOL & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain influential relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to support scientific and brand engagement activities.
- Performance & Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all marketing and promotional activities strictly adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical healthcare standards.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related Science field combined with professional marketing experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in pharmaceutical marketing and brand management, with a proven track record in driving product growth.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in strategic brand planning, market trend analysis, and competitor insight synthesis.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated competence in digital marketing, budget management, and navigating complex matrix organizations through strong stakeholder management.
