We are seeking a commercially-driven Regional Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth within designated territories. In this role, you will be the primary architect of channel strategies, responsible for optimizing partner performance and expanding market share. This is a high-impact position designed for a leader who excels at building trust-based relationships and translating market data into profitable sales objectives.
What You'll Do

Strategic Channel Development: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize sales channels to drive sustainable business growth. You will develop and implement comprehensive channel management strategies that maximize profitability and align with global marketing priorities.

Active Distributor Management: Take full ownership of the dealer network. This includes assessing performance, replacing underperforming partners, and identifying new opportunities in vacant areas to ensure a high-performing distributor ecosystem.

Sales Execution & Funnel Oversight: Closely manage the sales funnel with high accuracy to meet and exceed targets. You will be responsible for defining dealer sales goals, bonus structures, and specific marketing plans across different product groups.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Channel Performance teams to execute promotion plans based on data analysis. You will also coordinate with technical teams to ensure dealers receive tailored product training and support.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure all channel activities and team initiatives strictly adhere to the company’s regulatory policies and professional Codes of Conduct.
What You'll Bring (Requirements)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences (Life Sciences focus preferred); an advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) is highly regarded.

Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in technical product support, customer training, or channel sales. Previous experience within the Life Science and IVD industries is a significant advantage.

Commercial Acumen: A result-oriented mindset with a proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and drive revenue through third-party distributors.

Technical Proficiency: Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with high competency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Leadership Style: An independent, structured, and self-motivated working style. Skilled at navigating a matrix organization and aligning multiple stakeholders around shared growth plans.
