Morgan Philips Group has partnered with a global leader in Life Sciences and IVD as part of their procurement transformation. We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Sourcing Manager to lead complex, end-to-end global sourcing projects within the APAC region. You will be responsible for spearheading cost-optimization initiatives, executing high-complexity benchmarking, and influencing the global category strategy for a world-class analytical portfolio.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Strategic Regional Sourcing: Lead the end-to-end execution of high-complexity sourcing projects, utilizing digital tools to identify cost-optimization opportunities and implement global category strategies.

• Cost Optimization & Benchmarking: Proactively identify opportunities for demand aggregation and cost savings. You will drive structured benchmarking activities to optimize operational costs and enhance the competitiveness of the regional product portfolio.

• Complex Contract & Project Management: Architect and manage high-complexity supplier contracts and lead multi-location project plans. You will monitor progress, remediate risks, and ensure seamless integration between New Product Introductions (NPI) and regional site operations.

• Operational Excellence & SME Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to simplify procurement workflows and shorten cycle times. You will ensure 100% compliance with global sourcing policies and external regulations while analyzing complex user requirements from regional sites.

• Senior Stakeholder Influence: Serve as a key advisor to the Procurement Leadership Team (LT), frequently presenting KPIs and project updates. You will collaborate with global Category and Delivery teams to inform future strategy development and solve supply chain bottlenecks.

• Mentorship & Team Leadership: Act as a functional leader and mentor to the sourcing team, sharing best practices to elevate the team’s overall capability.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

• Education: University degree in Business or Life Sciences (Master’s/MBA and CIPS certification are highly preferred).

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in global procurement and sourcing. You must have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering significant cost-reduction results.

• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SAP (ERP) and BI tools. Experienced in digital platforms and contract lifecycle management.

• Strategic Mindset: The ability to translate intricate business requirements into value-driving procurement specifications with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills are mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is considered a strong advantage for regional stakeholder engagement.
