We are seeking a visionary Senior Business Manager to spearhead the strategic growth of a flagship portfolio in Malaysia. You will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial success of the unit, driving market-leading performance through sophisticated P&L management, innovative patient access strategies, and the cultivation of a high-performing, cross-functional team.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Architect Commercial Strategy: Define and execute the long-term vision for the Specialty Care portfolio, aligning local execution with global objectives to establish the organization as a market leader.

• Drive Launch & Pipeline Excellence: Oversee the successful commercialization of new innovative molecules and next-generation therapies, managing the product lifecycle from pre-launch readiness to peak market penetration.

• Cultivate Human Capital: Act as a strategic mentor and leader for both sales and marketing functions, focusing on talent acquisition, career development, and building a culture of high performance and compliance.

• Strengthen Ecosystem Partnerships: Foster high-level networks with global commercial teams and external healthcare stakeholders to address unmet patient needs through strategic partnerships and medical innovation.

• Operational & Financial Stewardship: Maintain total accountability for the franchise P&L, ensuring budgetary compliance and sales execution that consistently outperforms the market.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Science, Pharmacy, or Business).

• Expertise: Minimum 5 years of sales management and marketing leadership within the pharmaceutical industry, with a mandatory deep-dive expertise in Specialty Care. 

• Leadership: At least 3 years of experience in line management, with a proven track record of leading managers and developing large, multifaceted teams through organizational change.

• Market Insight: A comprehensive understanding of the Malaysian healthcare landscape, specifically in product development, commercialization, and affordability initiatives.

• Strategic Impact: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaborations (Medical, Access, Regulatory) and deliver results that exceed market growth expectations.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the agility to thrive in a complex, fast-paced global business environment.
