Morgan Philips has been exclusively retained to recruit a Total Rewards Manager for our client based in KL. The firm is a globally listed Tier-1 Investment Banking firm with more than 200,000 employees across 100 countries.
This role reports to the Regional HR Director, encompassing:
- KPI Framework & Governance: Standardize and manage the organizational KPI structure to ensure seamless alignment between Group objectives and local country operations.
- Performance Cycle Management: Lead the execution of the full annual performance calendar, including mid-year check-ins and Year-End Performance Appraisals (YEPA).
- Cross-Border Calibration: Facilitate and govern the performance calibration process across different regions to maintain consistency and fairness in ratings.
- Bonus & Increment Strategy: Architect the framework for annual salary increments and bonus distributions to ensure they are performance-driven and budget-compliant.
- Job Architecture & Grading: Define and maintain salary bands and the internal grading hierarchy to provide a clear structure for career progression and pay scales.
- Market Intelligence & Philosophy: Conduct regular benchmarking against industry competitors to refine the company’s compensation philosophy and maintain market competitiveness.
- Incentive & Approval Governance: Design diverse incentive schemes (STI/LTI) and manage the formal rewards approval matrix to ensure rigorous financial and operational oversight.
