Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Location: Hong Kong

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive commercial growth across a portfolio of large, strategic accounts in Hong Kong. In this role, you will develop and execute account strategies, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and deliver business results by aligning customer needs with company offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans, access initiatives, and customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Strategy & Growth
    • Own and execute enterprise account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Develop account insights and mapping to identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., hospital/healthcare administrators, procurement teams, pharmacy groups, and other stakeholders as applicable).
    • Influence and negotiate within complex stakeholder environments to secure business outcomes.
  • Sales Execution
    • Promote products/solutions, develop pipeline, and manage opportunities from engagement through conversion.
    • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and territory/account planning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Partner with internal teams such as Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to deliver appropriate customer support.
    • Coordinate customer activities, product launches, and evidence/education initiatives.
  • Access & Commercial Initiatives
    • Support formulary/tender initiatives, contracting processes, and other access mechanisms aligned to account strategy.
    • Identify and escalate barriers to business performance; propose solutions.
  • Customer Engagement & Value Communication
    • Present product value propositions using evidence-based information tailored to customer needs.
    • Support customer education sessions, tender submissions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Operate in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, including ethical standards for engagement with healthcare professionals and organisations.
    • Maintain accurate records and adhere to audit/compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Typically 5+ years of enterprise/key account or institutional sales experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical devices (or a closely related industry).
  • Account Exposure: Demonstrated experience managing strategic enterprise customers and navigating complex purchasing/tender environments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyse data, build plans, and drive results against measurable targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build credibility and influence across senior stakeholders.
  • Compliance Mindset: Strong understanding of ethical sales practices and regulatory expectations in Hong Kong.
  • Education: Degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Science, Pharmacy, or related preferred).
