About the role
Within a high-performance international environment where operational excellence is considered as strategically critical as front-line delivery, the Executive Assistant will play a central role in the effectiveness and continuity of the Casablanca office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, whose role involves sustained international travel and high-stakes external exposure, the Executive Assistant will manage the office with full autonomy and represent the organisation with authority in the Managing Director's absence.
This is not a traditional EA role. Beyond operational management, the successful candidate will act as a genuine business partner to the Managing Director. Operating in an environment defined by complex, time-sensitive matters and senior-level stakeholders, he will be expected to read business context, prioritise without instruction, and produce executive-level written communication independently in both French and English. Candidates with a purely administrative background will not be considered, regardless of their seniority.
Key responsibilities
Diary & Travel Management: Take full ownership of the Managing Director's schedule, anticipate constraints, coordinate complex international travel across multiple time zones, and ensure optimal availability in a demanding and constantly evolving agenda.
Stakeholder Interface & Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders across international offices and markets. Represent the Managing Director with professionalism, credibility and discretion in all circumstances.
Office Coordination: Structure and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, oversee priority files, prepare meetings and briefing materials, and maintain standards of rigour consistent with a world-class international organisation.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle all sensitive information and strategic matters with the highest standards of professional discretion, in an environment where confidentiality is non-negotiable.
Candidate profile
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Office Manager within a demanding international environment, consulting, financial services, industry, or any organisation with significant international exposure.
Business acumen: You understand the dynamics of a complex international business environment. You are able to prioritise without being prompted, produce executive-level correspondence independently, and engage with senior-level counterparts with confidence and credibility.
Autonomy & judgement: You manage a full office scope autonomously, anticipating needs rather than reacting to requests. Your judgement is trusted under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
Rigour & excellence: You hold yourself to an irreproachable standard of operational precision. Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail are constants in your work, not exceptions.
Professional maturity: You navigate demanding, multicultural, high-pressure environments with composure and effectiveness. You are accustomed to engaging with senior executives and high-profile external stakeholders.
Languages: Full professional fluency in both French and English is required. Arabic is an appreciated asset.
If your profile reflects this standard of excellence and you wish to join a world-class international environment, we invite you to submit your application in strict confidence.
