For one of our clients, an international organization, we are seeking a candidate for the position of:

Head of Medical Affairs Poland
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the local Medical Affairs team within the Therapeutic Area.
- Drive medical strategy and support launch and brand plans.
- Gather and communicate medical insights, healthcare trends, and unmet patient needs.
- Oversee medical activities, KPIs, budget, and resource allocation.
- Review medical and promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Provide medical training and support cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and GxP standards.
- Support clinical studies, data generation activities, and scientific communications.
- Build and share medical best practices and contribute to product development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced scientific degree (MSc, PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in Medical Affairs or related functions, ideally within international organizations.
- Proven leadership experience and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of clinical research, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid scientific, clinical, or research background.
- Established networks with key healthcare stakeholders is an advantage.
- Experience in oncology and/or rare diseases is highly desirable.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
