HR Generalist and Office Manager

• Implementation and maintenance of HR policies, internal regulations, and documentation
• Acting as the primary point of contact for staff regarding any HR inquiries
• Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment and candidate selection process
• Facilitating and managing the annual performance review and appraisal cycle
• Handling the administration of payroll and employee benefit programs
• Maintaining and updating comprehensive personnel records
• Ensuring alignment with corporate headquarters regarding global HR standards
• Managing relationships and cooperation with external vendors and outsourced service providers
• Overseeing the company car fleet and the maintenance of IT equipment
• Managing office facility operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulation
• ​Providing logistical support and coordination for internal and external meetings​
• Preparing regular reports in accordance with corporate governance requirements

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role
• General knowledge of facilities management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
• Confidence in coordinating senior managers across the business
• High attention to detail, precision, and accuracy
• Proficiency in both Polish and English, allowing for seamless communication in a business environment
