HR & Office Administrator.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementation and maintenance of HR policies, internal regulations, and documentation
- Acting as the primary point of contact for staff regarding any HR inquiries
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment and candidate selection process
- Facilitating and managing the annual performance review and appraisal cycle
- Handling the administration of payroll and employee benefit programs
- Maintaining and updating comprehensive personnel records
- Ensuring alignment with corporate headquarters regarding global HR standards
- Managing relationships and cooperation with external vendors and outsourced service providers
- Overseeing the company car fleet and the maintenance of IT equipment
- Managing office facility operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulation
- Providing logistical support and coordination for internal and external meetings
- Preparing regular reports in accordance with corporate governance requirements
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role
- General knowledge of facilities management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
- Confidence in coordinating senior managers across the business
- High attention to detail, precision, and accuracy
- Proficiency in both Polish and English, allowing for seamless communication in a business environment
