Layout Engineer｜AI Server｜新北

知名大型科技製造集團擴大 Server 研發團隊，招募具備 PCB Layout 經驗的工程人才，參與新一代 Server / AI Server 平台及相關硬體產品開發。

職務內容

• 負責 Server / AI Server 相關產品之 PCB Layout 設計。
• 執行 Component Placement、Routing、Layout Design 及相關設計優化。
• 依據 Hardware、SI/PI 及 Mechanical 設計需求進行 PCB Layout 整合。
• 配合 Hardware Engineer 進行 Schematic Review、Layout Review 及設計問題分析。
• 支援 PCB Design Review、樣品驗證及 Debug。
• 與 Hardware、SI/PI、ME、Thermal、BIOS/BMC 及 Manufacturing 團隊進行跨部門協作。
• 參與產品 EVT、DVT、PVT 至量產階段之 PCB Layout 開發與問題改善。

職務條件

• 具備 PCB Layout / Layout Engineer 相關工作經驗。
• 具 Server、AI Server、Networking 或其他複雜硬體產品 Layout 經驗者佳。
• 熟悉 PCB Placement、Routing、Stack-up 及 Layout Design Rule。
• 具 High-Speed Signal、Power Integrity 或 Signal Integrity 基礎概念者佳。
• 熟悉高速介面，如 PCIe、DDR、Ethernet 等相關 Layout 經驗者佳。
• 具良好的跨部門溝通及問題解決能力。
• 熟悉 Server Hardware / Motherboard 開發流程者佳。
