We are seeking a driven Medical Sales & Marketing Manager to champion the brand within the ethical channels. You will be the Head of the Hong Kong medical market, driving brand performance through targeted medical detailing, strategic account management, and impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Sales Management

Build and nurture strategic partnerships with HCPs to maximize brand performance and meet customer needs.

Develop and execute account-specific business plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Deliver compelling presentations using scientific data, market insights, and category trends to support account objectives.

Manage distribution channels, secure new product listings, and optimize channel profitability through ROI analysis.
Medical Sales Activities

Conduct routine field visits for HCP detailing and new account acquisition.

Drive promotional activities to increase market penetration.

Manage monthly sales forecasts by SKU and per account.

Conduct quarterly segmentation and target reviews.

Optimize the sampling plan to ensure effective patient reach.

Analyze ROI following each promotional period.

Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Medical Marketing Activities

Serve as the key local contact for product scientific insights from HQ.

Prepare and update detailing materials, adapting global guidelines for the local market.

Collaborate with local and regional marketing to create training materials for diverse stakeholders.
