Project Management Specialist

About the Role

Join a U.S.-headquartered, globally operating company specializing in semiconductor test interface solutions, serving the world's leading wafer fabs and OSAT customers. As we continue to expand our Taiwan operations, we are looking for a driven Senior Project Manager to be the critical link between our key customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer project schedules, resource planning, and end-to-end milestone tracking
• Serve as the primary interface between major customers and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project status, issues, and deliverables
• Drive on-time delivery through proactive planning, risk assessment, and timely escalation
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, planning, and quality teams to ensure successful project fulfillment
• Partner with operations on manufacturing capacity planning, including long lead-time component forecasting and raw material readiness
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of project forecasts, progress, and risk assessments
• Host regular weekly and monthly project review meetings with clear status reports and actionable follow-ups
• Manage customer relationships and expectations to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of customer-facing project management experience in the semiconductor, PCBA manufacturing, or electrical components industry
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving instincts
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel within Asia (~5%)

Nice to Have

• Background in ODM, system integration, or semiconductor equipment/consumables
• Experience working directly with wafer fabs or OSAT customers
