Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Associate
We are looking for Risk, Regulatory & Compliance (Risk & Controls) Associate to help ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our client's global risk and control framework. In this role, you’ll support risk assessments, and drive testing and control improvements, all while helping the business make informed and confident decisions.

You will be a part of the Risk, Regulatory & Compliance team supporting company risk and control framework across all business segments. We focus on scalable, digital-first solutions that support proactive risk management and help ensure company meets its regulatory obligations globally. You’ll join a team that partners closely across functions to enhance control systems and data flows.
About the role
As an Associate within the Risk, Regulatory & Compliance team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and strengthening our client's overall risk and control environment. Beyond supporting its ongoing evaluation, you will drive the design, enhancement, and implementation of frameworks that address compliance, regulatory, and operational risks across jurisdictions. You’ll work to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring our systems, processes, and documentation not only meet but anticipate regulatory and internal expectations. This role offers the opportunity to influence how risk and control are embedded throughout the organization, while developing deep insight into company’s evolving risk landscape.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting periodic control testing to assess control design and operational effectiveness.
- Documenting test results, findings, and recommended remediation actions in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) system.
- Maintaining and updating the control library to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Supporting the global Risk, Regulatory & Compliance team and connecting the dots between the jurisdictions to support an effective global risk and compliance framework.
- Supporting risk assessments, updates to risk and control self-assessments, and issue management.
- Coordinating evidence collection for internal and external audits or regulatory reviews.
- Preparing data and visual insights for compliance and regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
About you

Desired Skills and Experience
- 3-7 years’ experience.
- Experience in internal audit, compliance monitoring, or risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret data.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) systems and control frameworks.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce clear documentation.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in a global financial services or investment organization.
- Knowledge of asset management sector or other relevant regulatory environments.
